Hanauma Bay Discover Scuba

Hawaii scuba diving in Hanauma Bay is a great experience, for anyone ages 12 and up to enjoy the safe and exciting feeling of scuba diving for the first time in Hawaii. The clean and protected waters of this beautiful marine preserve offer a fantastic opportunity to interact with hundreds of Hawaii's colorful tropical fish.

Hanauma Bay has an inner and a outer reef. The inner reef is a easy dive with a maximum depth of 8 to 10 feet. of Our tours go to the inner reef. We may go the outer reef if there are good conditions and you are a strong swimmer. There are many days when the current is too strong to go to the outer reef. The outer reef is about 10 to 40 feet.

To scuba dive safely, you must not be extremely overweight or out of condition. Diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive and will be prohibed from diving with Hanauma Bay Dive Tours. Hanauma Bay Discover Scuba: $149.00 (age 12 and above). No experience required. Includes all equipment, instruction and transportation. Direct entrance into the park. No need to wait in line. Hawaii state tax of 4.72% and $7.50 entrance fee is not included. Tour takes approximately 4 hours. This tour is not offered on Tuesday, weekends and Hawaii state holidays. There is a minimum of 2 people on this tour and a maximum of 4 people.

Certified Divers: 1 tank beach dive $149.00 plus tax and $7.50 entrance fee. All equipment and transportation is included. This tour is not offered on Tuesday, weekends and Hawaii state holiday. We will go to the outer reef if conditions are good and you are a strong swimmer.
